I agree about the beautiful views, we are so fortunate to be surrounded with so much greenery within the resort while being nestled amongst the rugged Hajjar Mountains and a perfect place for sunrise and sunset viewing. Regarding the distance, very soon there will be a new road opening up taking up to 15-20 minutes off the journey from Dubai to Hatta. We will make sure we keep this information updated on our website. However, for now, I recommend that our guests keep an eye out for some of the wildlife/animals you may be lucky enough to see on the way. However, I have looked into the situation as to why this issue occurred, and you may be surprised to know that it was for the opposite reason you would expect. Just the day before we had done intense pest control of the location which clearly had the reverse effect of what we wanted, by encouraging the insect to find solitude within the rooms, rather than prevent them from coming in. Regarding our menu, I am personally looking into this as we have updated our menu based on our guests' feedback. Rest assured that I and our Executive Chef are properly deliberating to rectify this concern.
