« We were in town for a horse show, and this property was the perfect location. What a cool spot! We all loved it, such a creative idea. It was the perfect size for the 4 of us! Comfortable beds, great water pressure, and everything you could ever need for a comfortable stay. If you happened to forget any toiletries, they were avaliable! Such a nice touch. « We were there for a rowing competition for my daughter and had rainy weather. It was great that you could walk into a mudroom area and have hooks to hang up our things before going into the main part of the house. The laundry was right there too so it was convenient. The kitchen was a good size and we had everything we needed to prepare food. The house is on a quiet street with easy access to downtown. Communication with the host was excellent. « This was a beautiful property that is well maintained and beautifully appointed. It is a short walk to the racetrack and heat for anyone there for racing. It is close to downtown and easy Uber access to all this quaint town has to offer. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Great communication and easy access. I highly recommend! »

« Mike’s place was the perfect home base to explore Saratoga and beyond. The beds are super comfortable, and the house was well stocked with anything we possibly would need. The kids really enjoyed the deck and the ping pong table. Being able to stay so close to downtown as well as to Saratoga Spa State Park was wonderful. We will definitely be back! »

« Modern and extremely clean. Every amenity worked and was in great shape. We used the fire pit, grill, kayaks, canoe, and hot tub without any problems. Well stocked kitchen with place settings and extra spices etc. Super easy check-in. And host quickly responded to any questions. Everything was perfect! »

« My husband and I traveled to the area for a long weekend with our college intern who there for the summer. The house was great! Everything was as expected and how the photos show. Communication was great with the owner. We didn't spend a lot of time in the neighborhood, but felt it was fine for what we needed. We also didn't use the kitchen but it seemed well stocked if you wanted to cook. There is only 1 bathroom, but it was adorable so that was ok! Things we did in the area in case someone...

« The property exceeded my expectations. It was very well equipped, and in a very nice neighborhood I would recommend this property to anyone staying in the area. »

« The space is perfect for large groups, we had 13 people. The top floor was the best place to hang which allowed people to be able to peel off and have some time to themselves when they needed. It’s just under a 10 minute walk to downtown, check out Lucy’s Bar and The Misfit. Tim was an excellent host and ensured we had everything we needed, would recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun girls trip! »

« Stayed here while in town for our son’s lacrosse tournament. Property and location were great. Nick and Lynn were super helpful about the area. Fishing off the dock was a great added bonus! »

« Very large house with 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths along with laundry facilities. Off street parking. Very enjoyable back deck. Convenient location to university of Albany. Older home so difficult to call pristine. But for the low price point very worthwhile and a pleasant place to stay. »
