Nice hotel over all. Some amenities like jetted tub was broken. Breakfast was simple cereal, bagels and waffles. No eggs or meats. Like most hotels.

Have stayed at this hotel many times since it was built.. roughly 20 years. Its just gone down hill. Noisy part was next room occupants started arguing at 6:00 AM.

Good for a quick stay while passing through the area. TV didn’t work. Room had a strange smell. Floors were dirty. Beds were comfortable though. Breakfast was basic but expected.

We have stayed here several times. One of the rooms (we had 6) had bed bugs. They changed rooms for us but after sleeping in it one night. This is the only time we have had this issue

This was a quick stay price was fine but they advertised a pool and it was not open. We request a late check out but the person forgot to note it and we were woken up asking about check out due to no one letting morning staff know.

Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel therefore we greatly appreciate that you have taken the time to share your rating of our hotel. I have discussed this with my manager and will be working very closely with them to make sure things like this do not happen again in the future. Decent, clean basic hotel
Decent, basic hotel. Clean and friendly staff. The free breakfast was appreciated but nothing special. The bed was not in good shape - mattress needs to be replaced. Probably one of the better hotels in the area for the price.

We are trying to sleep and the people in front and next door are extremely noisy. If they want to make noise they should not be here where we are trying to rest after having a long day. By far the worst hotel I have stayed at. I will no longer stay here

What a wonderful staff! They were so kind and accommodating! We were here while my son was having hip surgery. When my son and I came back to the hotel after his surgery, one of the ladies at the desk heard him say that he was wanting some orange juice. She literally came to the room with a jug of orange juice for him! That’s really going above and beyond for your guests. I’m sorry, I don’t know what her name was, but you should give her a raise! The rest of the staff even tried their best to help my son hobble back to our room while he was on his crutches. I’m so thankful for the staff here!

The staff was amazing. The room i had at first had a musty smell and dirty A/C unit. But i was switched to another room that was perfect. Overall cleanliness was Good but could have been a bit better especially the vents of the A/C units. The rate was great for all you get, pool, breakfast etc. Will stay again

There was a cleaning cart left in our room when we arrived. Tv didn't work the 1st night we were there. Had to have front desk fix. The room smelt bad. Found a cockroach in our bathroom. Bed was comfortable and staff friendly.
