„This place has no A/C and nowhere on the description does it list this. I came to Hawai'i to be comfortable, not stiffled nightly by humidity. The owner refused a partial refund for a 2 week stay after I expressed not wanting to stay here. I didn't expect a full refund, but at least half would have been nice. Never again using this app or service.“

„This place is such a beautiful oasis. So quiet and peaceful. The grounds are beautiful to walk around (bee hives, flowers, mini garden, some animals) and there is a gorgeous view of the water. It's easy to get to town and Jacklynn is a wonderful host. We also had amazing massages with a wonderful therapist named Christine at the massage shala. Highly recommend! “

„We had a glitch with the lock but the owner was quick to respond to my phone call to give us the combo for the manual key, which I appreciated very much. The second bed was very small, the removable shower head line was leaking badly. The stove top and oven were dirty and the fan was also dirty. There was no complimentary coffee. “

„Nice studio with a king bed and a kitchen with everything you need for a short vacation. A cute small Lanai with a chain of lights and a cozy hammock. The host was quickl and reliably available when needed. Short drive to downtown hilo and the beaches are also a few minutes away. Everything was in order.“

„The host, Vivian, was very welcoming and promptly responsive. The amenities are as stated. Her studio is clean and comfortable - with the pool right outside the back patio. Very nice! I failed to notice her place has no air conditioning, and it was hot during the days I was there. She has multiple fans available to use, but be advised.
