« Upon arrival, it was immediately clear that the property was not as advertised. For the premium price paid, the experience was extremely disappointing.
The apartment had a strong, unpleasant odor from the moment we entered, which posed a health risk for my mother who has asthma. Despite reporting this to VRBO, the concern was dismissed.

« The property owners were great to work with. The pictures in the posting made the space seem much larger than it actually is. It was quite a tight space and there wasn't a great spot to dry our clothes. It was great that the apartment was right next to the underground but I didn't enjoy the surrounding area as much as I hoped. Next time we will stay in a more family friendly area like Covenant Garden »

« We actually didn’t end up staying in the apartment. It was too far from London. The description said close to central London and that’s not true. The description also never said we’d share a building / entrance with another apartment. It was a very odd setup. The photos also were much better than how the apartment looked inside. »
