"Unser Aufenthalt war leider enttäuschend. Das Zimmer war grundsätzlich in Ordnung, allerdings funktionierte die Lüftung nur sehr eingeschränkt und schaltete sich scheinbar lediglich morgens gegen 9:00 Uhr für kurze Zeit ein. Zudem hatten wir einen Blick auf den Innenhof mit einem großen Müllcontainer. Wenn dieser genutzt wurde, war es teilweise recht laut. Besonders negativ fiel das Frühstück auf. Das Buffet sowie die Tische waren während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts verschmutzt. Tische wurden weder abgeräumt noch gereinigt. Die Auswahl war sehr begrenzt: drei Sorten Müsli, eine Sorte Käse, Hähnchenschinken, Toast und Aufbackbrötchen. Essbar waren für uns lediglich Joghurt und Müsli. Das warme englische Frühstück mit Bohnen, Rösti und Bratwurst war durchweg kalt und geschmacklich wenig überzeugend. Von Service konnte kaum die Rede sein. Für nahezu jedes Anliegen musste eine App genutzt oder eine deutsche Telefonnummer angerufen werden, in der Hoffnung, Unterstützung zu erhalten. Die wenigen Mitarbeiter, mit denen wir Kontakt hatten, wirkten zudem wenig freundlich und nicht besonders hilfsbereit. Besonders kritisch empfanden wir einen Feueralarm während unseres Aufenthalts. Die Situation wirkte völlig unorganisiert. Es gab kaum Informationen, sodass die Gäste zu keiner Zeit wussten, was genau passiert war oder wie sie sich verhalten sollten. Insgesamt würden wir dieses Hotel nur empfehlen, wenn man vor hat nur zum Schlafen dort zu sein und keinen Wert auf Service legt."

"Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber aber hellhörig. Das Bad war ausreichend groß. Leider hatte das Zimmer kein Tageslicht da es mit einer „Fassade“ umgeben war. Wir konnten in eine Art Innenhof gucken oder was immer das auch war. Die Dame an der Rezeption war scheinbar nicht gut drauf, dass hat sie sich auch etwas anmerken lassen. Schade !"

"Zentrales Hotel mit vielen Abstrichen. Sehr strenge Regeln beim Checkin, wenn man den Koffer abgeben will, zahlt man pauschal zehn Pfund, wenn man später als 10:00 Uhr auschecken möchte, zahlt man wieder. Das Hotel hat sich sehr zum negativen und Touristen abzocke entwickelt. Personal ist zwar nett, hat aber überhaupt keine Lust zu arbeiten und tippt lieber am Handy nonstop umher. Die modernisierten Zimmer sind okay."
