« the location across from the Orpheum Theater and near the old market was wonderful. their restaurant the Monarch was reasonable and delicious. Their valet parking was friendly and very secure, I will chose the Deco over every other downtown Omaha hotels every time. »

« When we checked in the hotel was clean and presentable. When we got to our hotel room- our room had urine stains on the bedding and there was pilling of old dead skin on the bedding as well. The pillows were also full of hair. It was disgusting. »

« Breakfast was good. Had to pay for parking and if I knew I wouldn’t have booked. Also said they have a jacuzzi and pool. No Jacuzzi so that was a boo! Also indoor pool was freezing could barely get my legs in. Not good as I was looking forward to swimming. The small fridge in our room has a timer in it so it was off and over night I turned off not keeping items cold as it should. Bad feature and not first friendly. Everything else was fine. »
