Hotels nahe Hell's Gate National Park (Naivasha)

„Room was run down and dirty. “

„Average. No AC or fan“

„Sehr angenehme, ruhige Lodge. Unbedingt den Naturewalk mit Guide Joakim machen, man sieht einiges an Tieren (Giraffen, Zebras,... )…!

Balkon, Pool, jedoch ziemlich kalt. “

„I nice and clean place. “

„Good place to stay at for a layover. Cheap, spacious rooms, and they provide breakfast. Place is hard to find and it would help if they had a sign thay said "El Sueno Homestay" outside the Main Gate instead of our driver wondering if this is the place, calling the lady, then her coming outside. The place is pn Muthiaga Lane (Its a Blue sign) and leads all the way to the end on the left. The locals helped us find it. But yes, def good place to stay for a night while you transition to your next ...

„The staff were friendly and very accommodating.“

„Good and clean environment. Great customer service “

„The hotel is very convenient just off the main Nakuru - Mombasa highway. The bedroom was good and clean, but the bathroom was not working well, had standing water on the floor and not so clean. The staff were helpful, but for some reason my online booking was not received and so it was lucky they had space and I had to get cash to pay. The hotel could be heading in the right direction, but needs more attention to the detail they have in the bedroom to other aspects of the facilities“

„There was no pool, it said microwave and fridge, there was not, only 1 towel for two people and they said they would bring it and never did till 2nd night. Didn’t clean the room until after we complained on the 2nd night.“

„Remove the word “luxury” in the name of the hotel or replace it by “Outdated” then it’s clear about the state. Also replace “pool” with “Pond” it describes it better the water was green and dirty Flowers/bushes on balconies was all dead why not remove them“
