We really loved our 10 day stay! The house is beautifully decorated and the outside areas are so nice. A firepit area for smores at night, the large dock with furniture and refrigerator and the screened in porch were all highlights of the trip. An incredible view up the cove and out the main lake could be seen from many of the rooms. They have a gas griddle and then a charcoal grill. Many people had left things like trash bags, sugar, so we had the basics right away. The separate garage conversion was fantastic for someone who wants more privacy and we watched movies together in the lower portion. I would recommend this house to others and we hope to be able to visit again. Thanks to the owners for their help and responsiveness!

Nothing other than positives to report. The house was perfect! Beautiful views! We have younger kids so we loved being back in the cove where there wasn’t any boat traffic. Close to the marina and less than 10 minutes from the grocery store. Teresa was an excellent host with great communication. She even reached out the day of check in and told us the house was ready and we could check in early. Getting ready to book for next year!

Beautiful home with all of the amenities - very well stocked. Plenty of room for everyone. Our family especially enjoyed the screened-in porch! The weather cooperated for late October and we also took advantage of the kayaks! Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Really enjoyed the screened porch with lake views. We're accustomed to dropping everything for a sunset cruise, but you can do that right from this property by looking out the window. Also appreciated the give a little, take a little on the essentials. Nice to not scramble for toilet paper, paper towels, and even salt and pepper on day 1. Sounds minor, but the real estate agency managed properties in the area do NOT do this. Thank you for a great week.

This was our first stay at Cala Tortuga. We’d definitely return. The home was clean, comfortable, with a well appointed kitchen and great big dining table. We practically lived on the big screened lakeside porch. The games downstairs are a fun addition for down time or rainy days. Very quiet cove with fun lake toys and maybe the most comfortable outdoor chairs ever.

This vacation home was amazing - exactly like the pictures on the website. It had a well stocked kitchen, was clean and very tastefully decorated, has games, puzzles, books, and plenty of toys for kids. The deck and fire patio were fabulous with an amazing view of the lake and sunsets. The boat house/dock is beautiful and has it all! We enjoyed two paddle boards, two kayaks, an inflatable raft, and slip for the pontoon boat we rented. If you rent jet skis, there's two electric lifts. All in all, this home exceeded our expectations!!!

We had a great time at Cala Tortuga! We had great communication prior to and during our stay with the property management. The house was well equipped-everything we need to make dinner each night and the dock was amazing. A quiet cove with plenty of toys! Definitely would recommend to friends! Hope to be back soon!

This was such a great location for our extended family getaway. We loved hanging out in the water; the quiet cove was perfect. Unfortunately the weather wasnt the best, but we made the most of it since there were so lamy great covered hang outs. The kitchen has plenty of glassware and nice cookware which we really appreciated. All the bedrooms were equally comfortable! The only thing I would say is I wish the walkway down to the dock was a little more finished. It was a little tricky with little ones and a dad with balance issues. Overall, this was a great place to rent.

This house was perfect for our large group. The house is clean and beautiful with wonderful lake views on a quiet cove. The sunsets were gorgeous! The kayaks and paddle boards were a hit with everyone and the screened in porch provided a lovely gathering space. Beds were super comfy and bedrooms spacious with a great bunk bed room for the kids in the basement. S’mores around the fire pit with lake views was a perfect way to end a wonderful week together.

This property is beautiful! It is nicely furnished and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals for a large family. The location at the end of the cove was perfect for using the kayaks and paddle boards provided by the owner. We swam off the dock as well. The game room provided a lot of fun, and our grandson loved the trunk full of Legos. We brought some of our own lawn and board games for extra fun. We all had an amazing vacation.

The home was airy and really well decorated. The kitchen was full of everything you could possibly need. The views were wonderful. We spent a lot of time on the paddle boards before the rain hit and we enjoyed the fire pit for roasting hot dogs and making s’mores. The kids enjoyed the game room for the days it rained. Caught a good amount of fish off the dock. The only negative was the lack of furniture on the dock and what was out there could really use an upgrade. The sheets in the main bedroom did not seem clean so we did end up stripping the bed and washing the bedding ourselves.

We had such a great time here! The house is beautiful and homey. The kids were fishing at the dock nonstop or out on kayaks and paddle boards. The screened in porch was my favorite spot to sit with some coffee or wine. We would definitely stay here again or recommend to others. If you have a toddler- bring a baby gate

This was a great house, it was so tastefully decorated and laid out. The bedrooms were all very spacious and had very comfortable mattresses. We spent most of our days out on the lake or hanging out on the amazing dock. The owners were amazingly quick to respond throughout to booking process and during our stay.
