Nur ein paar Schritte von der Haustür entfernt bietet sich eine atemberaubende Aussicht und Landschaft über das Tal in Richtung Hereford sowie die Black Mountains und Brecon Beacons. Ideal gelegen für die Buchstadt Hay on Wye. Die Domstädte Hereford, Worcester und Gloucester sowie die walisischen Marktstädte Monmouth und Abergavenny sind alle nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt. Really lovely, comfortable, spacious property. Beautiful location with a short lovely walk out of the front door. We didn't get the email with check in instructions so had to contact VRBO but got through to the owner who was great.Highly recommended.

Good value for money

We rated good as everything excellent apart from the track up to the farm. We don't have a 4 by 4 and some of the pot holes are a bit interesting. The accommodation is well equipped and comfortable. The views and surrounding country side are both spectacular. Dore Abbey is a hidden gem. A most enjoyable week.

Lovely setting and a comfortable, well-equipped cottage.

Lovely setting and a comfortable, well-equipped cottage. It is accessed by a steep and bumpy track but this is rewarded by the most idyllic, quiet setting with beautiful countryside views. The owner could not have been more welcoming and we were greeted with a delicious cake. We would highly recommend and would to visit again.

Fantastic quiet rural location; wonderful views. Cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Good location for travelling to places of interest in the county and in to Wales too. Hosts were friendly and had baked a cake for our arrival! We got used to the uphill rough track to the property. This woukd not put us off staying there again.
