« Staff was very accommodating and was really helpful and kind. We checked in late and made it easy for us to get in. We left some items behind and the cleaning staff returned it to front desk and gave us a call about the items that were left behind. They mailed it to us and we are thankful for their great service! The place is wonderful and the view is amazing. It is right across the street from the waterfront. I would highly recommend this place and would go back again. »

« Room was not ready for check in at 3pm but we were given a small refund as compensation for the hour delay. Once in the room, there were ants all over the kitchen te and spiders in the bathroom Including one inside the clean towels when we opened it up. While the towels were clean/washes some of the towels had old stains on them that could do not wash out - would probably be best to retire those rather than use them for guests. Rooms were dated and hot. No room darkening shade so it gets bright...

« The hotel is no frills and in a great location. The room was not ready for check-in at three and the staff was unhelpful and seemingly unbothered by the line of guests wanting their rooms. We finally got into our room about 90 minutes after the advertised check-in time with water bottles and granola bars as a 'sorry for the wait' bag. »
