"The hotel is in a great location close to coffee and brunch spots. The rooms were clean but there was no shower gel which the front desk was quick to replace. The only downer was the elevators were not working on our last day and being up 20 plus floors definitely not ideal plus this was not communicated ..."

Best Western Plus Downtown Tacoma
"We went for an event at Tacoma Dome - upon arriving they had one poor staff person trying to check in the long line of guests. Parking was a nightmare, elevators were broken, and the dingy stairwell to get up to our room had cigarette butts etc in it. Room was fine, basic. Hotel was quiet, dated, ..."

Emerald Queen Hotel and Casino - Tacoma
"I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the rooms were. I had a bit of trouble when I first arrived, my door would not lock (the dead bolt), but the staff sent maintenance to my room quickly and they fixed it. I had a really great three night stay."
