Cabanes à Hessel

« The cabin was clean. The location is sketchy but right on the water which was wonderful. The water and beach are very rocky but a a very nice view. Breakfast is not included, you receive a discount voucher for a local restaurant that ended up still being $100 for buffet two adults and two kids. Noisy neighbors at night. Views of the bridge in the pictures is deceiving, it’s far in the distance you can see the top of the bridge. I think the price is too steep for the environment it’s in, between...

« We were upgraded to cabin 5 for no extra charge cuz they were doing repairs to the cabin that we had originally reserved. We absolutely loved cabin 5. It was very cozy with a great view of the lake. Would highly recommend staying here. We are already thinking about coming again in the summer time. »

« A member in our party got sick during traveling.. Host was very accommodating to get us in early.. Cabin was very clean and set up very cute.. had all the things we would need to camp and cookout. Didn't get to enjoy the lake as much as we would have liked but that was on us as our travel plans had us moving.. very secluded.. mosquitoes were kinda tough when the sun when down. All in all a great stay. »

« Don't get me wrong, the views are amazing and you're really on right on the beach. You have to walk in the sand to get to the front door. It is peaceful. The PROBLEM: we checked in at 4pm. the first night we stayed in this cabin, the weather was in the 90s. When we arrived the air conditioning was NOT turned on AND not working. We confronted the host and they said they would get someone to fix it. 2 hours later, WE had to ask for a box fan to try and help. By 830pm, it was still over 90 degrees...
