« Host was very helpful, nice and useful kitchen. The apartment was pretty clean but the furniture could use some updating. Lots of small things seemed to be broken like the toilet paper holder, couch had a big spring out of place, and the kitchen chairs were torn. The bed was also broken but the host said it would be replaced for the next guest. »

« The host was available and helped me sort out the check in process quickly, this was my first time using VRBO so I was not incredibly familiar with how to navigate the check in instructions. The place is up the hill from downtown, easy walk, it's clean, has a reasonable view, and everything worked great for me, we even were able to work out a longer check out time for me due to shuttle timing issues I was having. Definitely worked for me as a single guy passing through for a few days. »

« A little apartment with basic utilities but it’s enough for a solo traveller. Easy walk to the ferry terminal and city central. Have a few restaurants nearby and i would recommend the Japanese Ramen restaurant they are run by japanese so you can hv the most original taste. The thing i dont like the most its pretty noisy at night from the traffic. The sound insulation of the building is bad i couldn't sleep well. »

« I had a wonderful stay at the Perfect City Pad. The room was cozy and situated in a perfect location. I was able to walk to a ton of great spots in the city. The roof top pool and hot tub was an added perk. I would highly recommend this room while staying in Auckland. »

« I was very surprised that the only chair was a fold out one that had a faulty bolt connection rendering it useless. The washer dryer was excellent. »
