„The location was very convenient for the Viaduct in Auckland. The communication from the management team was really poor. The instructions for parking need to be made clearer especially directions to the lift access on Level 3. We had to drag suitcases up stairs as we didn't know where the lifts were situated. If you're an overnight stay, you should have more detailed instructions.“

„The apartment is excellent. Very spacious, clean and modern. Great alternative to a hotel room! The only minor complaint I had was that they kept on blocking security deposits on my card, cancelling it and then blocking it again. It takes 3 or so days for the cancellation to take effect so I would have 2 deposits blocked on my card at a time. The explanation I got from the management was it was "the system". That minor inconvenience aside it was a lovely apartment I would happily stay at again.“

„Peter is a well-organised host showing great flexibility. The apartment is very centrally located yet quiet; but poorly sound-proofed when there is a party by the neighbours (only once during our stay; the property manager had to come).
