« Lia at the front desk saved the trip honestly. A lot of the trails by Big Bear Lake are closed until early September, but Lia provided a list of trails, guides, restaurant recommendations. We ended up doing the kayaking excursion with (I think Caitlyn was her name) and hiked 2 of the trails recommended. The pool was a good temp, the kayaking was fun and informative. Nice shower. The upgrade to the balcony with the view of the lake is worth it. Yummy restaurant at this hotel too! We also walked...

« Great hotel. Staff was awesome. Breakfast was awesome. My wife and I travel to California to see our grandbabies frequently and this place is close and convenient to them. They really loved the pool. This will be our goto hotel in the future. »
