Absolutely great home to stay!!!! Beautiful view of Rocky Fork Lake. Home is comfy, great beds, wonderful kitchen, wonderful amenities. Host is terrific to answer questions, etc. Enjoyed our chats. We hope to go back!!!

There is a beautiful view of the lake in a quiet neighborhood with many attractions we could have taken advantage of if we had more time. The house was very comfortable and had all the conveniences a person could need on vacation.

Changes in Latitude was such a great find! The house has lots of room for friends and family to gather. It was clean and had everything you need for your stay. Robin was easy to communicate with and made the check in/check out process easy.

Would have loved to stay longer to enjoy all the amenities this place has to offer. Fire pit, video games, and lake access to name a few. We came in for the OH Ren Faire just for the weekend. The house was clean, cozy, and comfy. Perfect for a good nights rest. Host was perfect as well!

We spent the week here while we were in town visiting family in Leesburg. The house was perfect for us. There was plenty of space and amenities, and the location to Rocky Fork Lake was awesome. We would definitely stay here again if we are visiting again.

This property was wonderful! Our family really enjoyed staying and wish we would have stayed longer! The house is very spacious and clean and my kids LOVED the game room and the yard! Quiet neighborhood and delicious pizza down the street at Beechwood. The photos do not do this home justice, if you are thinking about booking this place do it now!

We needed a getaway before summer got away from us. The house was so cute and stocked with everything you could need and more. Great location for a quick trip to a fishing spot. With my husbands health issues it was perfectly situated to head out fishing for a bit then retreat to relaxe in the A/C when he started having issues. The view of the water from the front window buoyed his spirits when it was too much to head outside. It was just the best view to start and end a day. The neighborhood was wonderful,neighbors were friendly and the deer and fawn were fun to watch. The pizza place at the end of the road was a great recommendation. Would love to return in the future with our friends as the house seemed like the perfect place for a friends getaway.

A nice house with all accommodations. The kitchen is large with everything needed to prepare a nice meal indoors or on the grill. Two full baths which I always look for. I chose this place mainly for that reason because the many other places I looked at only had one. My kids really enjoyed playing Pacman! The yard was very nice with several areas to sit outside. We took advantage of the nice firepit each evening. It was so nice to have plenty of dry wood and starting a fire was easy. I loved that it was very quiet neighborhood! We chose this area as it is not gar from home and because we wanted to go to Rocky Fork Lake. We didn't get a chance to use the canoe but found where it was and if we go back we will. The place was just as described and we were happy to be there. We actually wanted to stay another night but unfortunately it wasn't available.

This is our second time staying at one of Robin’s properties near Rocky Fork Lake and both experiences were fantastic. We had two families of 4 with children and this house was a huge hit! It was clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked with things to do! We love to visit Rocky Fork for a nearby lake weekend getaway and are already getting ready to book our next trip here. 10/10 would recommend

My family and I stayed at this lake house for my Grandmother’s funeral. Everything about the place was top notch! Robin was so easy to communicate with and the house was immaculate with every amenity needed. We will definitely stay there again!

We had a family trip with grandparents and our two children and loved our stay! The home was very clean and had all amenities we could ask for. We loved the fire pit and grill and the kids loved the game room and books and other activites which were provided. Robin thought of everything someone could need during a stay and provided it. Communication and check in was easy. Highly recommend.

The property was thoughtful and inviting, with so many details that made everything even cozier. The owner was wonderful and friendly to communicate with, answering all of our questions. I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful property. Robin was a delight to work with, so nice and communicative. She and her husband, Barry, have truly thought of everything for guests to have a wonderful stay. We were excited by the photos but the house is even better in person! It’s gorgeous, they have expert design skills. The house is also incredibly well stocked, we really didn’t need to bring much of anything extra. We had so much fun cooking, playing dice/cards/games, sitting around the fire pit and also renting a pontoon. We walked around the neighborhood both nights and people were all very friendly. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Changes in Latitude was exactly what our family was looking for when deciding on a weekend away at the lake! The property manager was more than helpful, quick at communicating and flexible! The house itself was spacious, comfortable and well stocked. Best of all, the house was extremely clean and comfortable. Looking forward to next year’s stay!
