Thoroughly enjoyed our week at 21 Sandpiper. The house was a perfect fit for our family. Would have liked sunnier weather but made the best of it. Made excellent use of kitchen and gas grill areas. Decor was lovely. Everything was perfect for our needs and desires. Played a lot of cribbage during cloudy days. Loved getting re-acquainted with family members haven't seen for awhile. Would probably love to book it again.

It's kitchen is well stocked and perfect for making meals. There are no beach towels provided which is hard for those flying as towels are bulky to pack. This is the only house we've ever stayed in without out beach towels.

Perfect!

We rented this house for Thanksgiving. Three generations of my family thought it was the best place we have ever rented for the holidays (and it had some tough beachfront competition, too). The house was super-clean and very spacious, yet we all had privacy when we needed it since five of the six bedrooms had private bathrooms. Our football fans were VERY excited about the enormous living room TV, and it was a very quick walk to a beautiful beach. We couldn't have been happier.

Family Beach Trip

Wonderful home with all the amenities you need for a family beach stay. Really appreciated the 2 dishwashers & 2 w dryer units for a group of 12. The pool was great and loved the outdoor space. The location of the house is a very easy walk to the beach and quick bike ride to shops. My only suggestion is to have pool towels. We had to use our bath towels at the pool which meant lots of washing/dying during the week, good thing we had the 2 washer/dryer’s. Overall we would definitely come back.

Relaxing Beach Retreat

Our family of 11 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed for the week we were there. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, the ice maker in the laundry room was a plus as well as the beverage fridge. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the beach from the house. The pool and hot tub was a big hit with the kids, we paid to have the hot tub heated. It’s about 1 mile to shopping and restaurants, but with a golf cart rental we were there in minutes. If you have a larger family this is a wonderful home to stay - lots of places to gather, but also places to just sit and relax if you need a bit of quiet time.

The heat index was off the charts during our vacation week and the backyard pool saved our vacation! We all enjoyed the spa, as well. The location is ideal. The walk to the beach is only a few blocks. And Coligny Plaza is mere minutes away. The house is located on a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. Sea Turtle Getaways was helpful throughout the rental process and preparation for our arrival. I would recommend this house to friend and relatives.

All beds comfortable and bathroom for each bedroom. Paid for hot tub heat wasn’t very warm but when contacted Sea Turtle pool service got issue fixed. Only complaint we had was pool was not vacuumed all week and was pretty dirty on bottom. Would definitely rent this house again!
