The perfect place for us!

This property was beautiful, clean and fun! It was the perfect fit for my family. Bedrooms were roomy and well organized. Towels and linens were clean. Kitchen was well stocked and the laundry room was easily accessible. Thank you for having us — we hope to visit again!

Great House

Our family had a great week in Sea Pines resort in this home. Our children loved having the ping pong table to play during down times. The location was great for visiting Harbor Town, the beach club, and South beach.

Amazing Property

Very well kept house, great location, and pool was an added bonus. was perfect for a family of four with two toddlers. 10 minute bike ride to both harbor town and the beach club. looking forward to booking this again, if it's available!

Great house, pool and location!

We really enjoyed our stay! The pool was awesome to have for our 6 and 9 year old. The ping pong table kept our older kids busy for hours and the location in Sea Pines was perfect. The bike ride to the beach was very easy and we loved coming back to the shower to wash off the beach in the outdoor shower. The rental agency/property manager responded really quickly to a small issue we had. We would definitely rent this property again!

Great house with plenty of space. Easily accessed by our 93 year old father due to hardly any steps! Grab bars would be a plus in shower and 2nd bath for aging population.

Reviewer Comments: This was a great, up-to-date home located in a nice centrally located spot to be able to get to the beach <1mi, salty dog <5min, Harbor Town <3 min. Everything was really clean in the house and the rental management staff was VERY attentive and quick to answer any questions or needs that we had. The only minor negative was the access to the pool was not the most convenient.

Didn’t want to leave!!

We absolutely loved this home. We have an 8 year old and 11 year old and the bike ride to the beach (about 5-7 minutes) was enjoyable and easy. The house was clean, beds/couch very comfortable, and the pool/ping pong table were a hit. We biked each night to Harbour Town or South Beach and also biked to Lawton Stables. The property management team was great. A few things we learned-get baskets for the bikes and we rented the daily chairs/umbrella set up through Shore Beach which made it all very easy. We hope to be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house worked out pretty well for us. It was clean, well maintained and everything looked like it it did in pictures so there were no surprises. The management company was very easy to work with too. Two things- bring your own blowdryer. The one provided looks like it is made for a barbie doll. Secondly, we paid for pool heat and it was definitely not heated the first two days and then the last two days it started to get cool again. We had 3 solid days of actual heat for the pool.
