Bobbi was extremely responsive and helpful throughout, the condo was even better than pictured and described (the view of the ocean, in particular), and the location and amenities of the resort are perfect for families looking to park their car and have everything accessible by foot or by bike for the entirety of their stay. Safety of the location and security are important to us when looking for a place with our four year old and we felt very safe as the resort is gated and the rooms are key code protected. This stay will always be special to us as our first family vacation and we could not be more pleased!

The view! We loved the updates in this villa, very lovely/comfortable design. Easy walk to the pool and beach. Owner was very nice and kept us informed of any changes going on with the building. We had a great time here and hope to be back soon!

Perfect location, view and space! Great getaway for couple. Beach and pool are just steps away. The condo is very well maintained and clean. The balcony is a fantastic retreat with ocean breeze in the afternoon & evenings even on a hot July day. We also enjoyed onsite dinner availability @ Coconuts/Gators outside deck. Connection with the owner is fantastic!

We were a family of four with two young children (9 and 5). Kids were able to sleep in the bunk beds which allowed the space to work for us. Short walk to the pool and beach from the room. Great balcony with prime views of the ocean. The room was clean with great amenities. The hosts were great to work with and very responsive to chat messages. Highly recommend for similar families or couples. Could be a little cramped for larger families or families with older kids. Would stay here again.

Relaxing Getaway

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in a perfect location! The room was thoughtfully laid out and spotless. The bathroom shower was very spacious and everything seemed to be new. The pool was huge and we loved to visit each day and relax. We enjoyed the sunrises on the beach and morning walks. This is a perfect location for a couple. Would definitely visit again!

Perfect cozy condo

This property was perfect for my husband and myself. Lovely balcony to watch the waves and listen to the ocean and birds. The kitchen was well stocked to prepare all meals. Paper products were high quality! The bed was comfy and the room stayed dark even in the morning sun. Outlets galore for charging all the electronics. We enjoyed everything about this condo. Communication with owners was quick and easy. Highly recommend!

Quaint little Villa

The villa was very clean, beautifully decorated and easily accessible. The only two complaints I had was the property is advertised to have a hot tub on the premises and there wasn’t one. Hot tubs are a primary filter for our stays when we travel so we were disappointed when we arrived to find out there wasn’t one on the property. The bed was also a little uncomfortable otherwise we had a very enjoyable stay.

Lovely stay!

Condo was perfect for my husband and me. It was clean, quiet, the perfect amount of space and fully stocked. Great linens and comfortable bedding. Top shelf!

We embraced our stay with our host at their retreat. It is a perfect place for viewing the ocean, enjoying the pool and meeting many folks at the well developed pickleball courts. Easy routes to restaurants and golf courses on the island. This home is best for a single adult or couple. We will definitely return. Thank you Bobbi!

A gem in Hilton Head

We loved everything about this unit! Beautifully decorated, modern, clean, and updated unit with everything you could possibly need for a terrific vacation on the ocean. The view of the ocean and sound of the waves from the balcony was perfection. Only a 2 minute walk to the pool and 2 more minutes to the beach. Loved that beach chairs and a wagon are provided. Great Post Christmas Getaway

Perfect place for my wife and I for an after Christmas getaway. The condo is as described. Finding the place and checking in were a breeze. We did not really explore the area much as we were content to enjoy the beach and the condo's balcony. Very nice and peaceful place.

Location, Location, Location

This property faces the ocean! And so does the balcony! It is steps to the pool and a few more to the beach! It's a great location. The condo was recently refreshed, and was well done; it looks so nice. The bedding was high quality, and they used Kohler plumbing products. The whole area is well maintained and clean. A large number of restaurants and shops are just minutes away. A great place to vacation!

Perfect beach condo

We had a great week in HHI for the first time. It had a nice view of the ocean and it was a quick, 5 minute walk to the beach. The condo also had everything we needed for cooking, cleaning, and bathing. Highly recommended for a couple visiting the island.

Wonderful Oceanfront Condo with Exceptional Host

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at this oceanfront condo in HHI, SC. The condo was clean, beautifully remodeled, and had a modern coastal vibe that made our stay very comfortable. Despite the community itself being a bit older, the condo felt fresh and up-to-date. This was our first time using a VRBO-type stay, and the experience was even better thanks to the incredibly responsive and caring owner. As a hurricane (Helene) was approaching during our planned travel back home to GA, the owner went above and beyond by offering us an extra night at no cost to ensure our safety. Their thorough communication and genuine concern for our well-being truly stood out. Overall, it was a pleasant and stress-free experience. We highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a cozy, great place to stay in Hilton Head!

A day at the beacj

Nice cozy unit, well appointed with supplies. Beautiful view of the ocean and close to pool and walk to beach. Stayed three weeks and my back would have liked a firmer mattress. The resort has many amenities, we liked the fitness center and pickleball courts. Plus the pool and bar were always entertaining. The property manager was easily accessible and able to help throughout the stay.

This condo was very clean and organized. Almost everything and its location was labeled. Fully stocked with everything we needed and more. The ovean view from the balcony is gorgeous. There are elevators at the end of the hallway to use and nearby stairs to access condo. We felt like we were home. The condo is very comfortable and cozy. I highly recommend this condo!
