- IMPORTANT PARKING NOTICE: A maximum of 6 vehicles are permitted total, with only 4 vehicles allowed in the driveway and 2 vehicles required to be parked inside the garage. Absolutely no street parking or parking on the grass is permitted at any time. Violations may result in fines up to $2,500 and could jeopardize the property’s rental permit, so please ensure all members of your group comply throughout your stay.
Welcome to 20 Bradley Circle! Experience unparalleled luxury at this newly-built, multi-million dollar property in Hilton Head’s exclusive Singleton Beach. Spanning over 7,200 sqft., this stunning 10BDR 11BA estate sleeps 24 guests and boasts private direct beach access via a boardwalk, covered balconies, and an infinity pool with breathtaking ocean views. With neighboring vacation homes on Bradley Circle also available for rent, this spacious retreat is perfect for family vacations, weddings, corporate retreats, or any other type of group travel!
Upon entry, the bright, open-concept layout creates seamless flow throughout the main living area. Kick back and relax in front of the 74" mounted TV. Luxury design touches like exposed ceiling beams, shiplap, tile floor, and high-end furnishings give you a one-of-a-kind experience. Chefs will adore the gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an Elise 5-burner gas stove, a wine fridge, and an ice maker. Dine at the island’s barstool seating, or at the nearby formal dining area with seating for 14. A second spacious living area on the fourth floor invites you to entertain your guests, with a huge in-home bar, 8-seat dining table, and kitchen. Step out to the covered balcony, where breathtaking ocean views and a seating area await.
Through the glass doors, the patio promises indoor-outdoor living in style. Two additional king bedrooms and a room with a queen bed and a twin bunk bed complete the second floor. The third floor also has four bedrooms, with the same layout as the second floor—three king bedrooms and a bunk room. Finally, the 10th bedroom lies on the fourth floor, featuring a king bed.
With an in-home elevator, an office—perfect for students or remote workers—two laundry rooms, and parking for up to six vehicles between the garage and driveway, every detail has been curated for convenience.

Home Truths:
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Rideshare and taxi service is extremely hard to arrange last minute. Please try your best to schedule these services in advance if they are needed.
- Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- Pool heat is a paid feature and must be requested 24-48 hours before the day of check-in.
- Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September).
- Please note that if the outdoor temperature drops below 50°F, the pool heater may have difficulty maintaining warmer water temperatures.
Parking Details:
Parking is limited to 4 vehicles in the driveway. All vehicles must be parked within the paved area of the driveway. The property allows up to 2 additional vehicles, which must be parked in the garage. Any violations of these parking rules may result in a charge of $2,500 per day.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
