Stunning Vacation Oasis on North Forest Beach

7 Bedrooms | 5.5 Bathrooms | Sleeps 22 | Stunning Backyard

Looking for a vacation home with a spectacular outdoor space? Look no further than 16 Mallard St in North Forest Beach!

This stunning 7-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home boasts the best backyard on the island, including a huge private pool and covered spa in a private grotto, a covered outdoor kitchen with a deluxe FireMagic 3-burner grill and a large GreenEgg, and a covered outdoor fireplace with natural stone construction and oversized hearth, perfect for toasting marshmallows or snuggling up with a good book.

Inside the home, you'll find a media room with a 65-inch LCD screen and surround sound, as well as TVs in every bedroom. The main level features a foyer with soaring 26-foot ceilings, an open-plan living and dining area, and a gourmet kitchen with the latest European appliances. The home comfortably sleeps 20+ people, with a private bedroom suite on the main level and two bedroom suites with private bathrooms on the level above.

But the real magic of 16 Mallard St is its outdoor space, which includes over 3,000 square feet of living space and countless custom features. The pool deck features aged stone flooring and plenty of seating, while the tropical pool area is surrounded by a lush bamboo wall and an 8-foot privacy fence. The saltwater pool and spa can be heated for an additional charge, and there's even a lanai and game room with a full-size slate pool table, air hockey table, foosball table, and arcade-style basketball game to keep the kids (and adults) entertained for hours.

For even more privacy, there's a separate guest house with two sets of bunk beds and a half-bathroom, as well as a loft overlooking the foyer that leads to the master suite, which features a king-size bed, a sitting area, a large balcony overlooking the pool area, and a phenomenal Japanese stone soaking tub. All lighting in the home is on dimmers, and there's even a house-wide hot water circulation system for quick hot water from any faucet.

Located less than 300 steps from the beach and situated on a quiet family-oriented neighborhood cul-de-sac, 16 Mallard St is the perfect vacation home for families and groups looking to relax, unwind, and create lasting memories.
