This property was amazing! Everything from start to finish was perfect!!! Super easy access to the beach and the condo was just beautiful I didn’t want to leave! Views are amazing! Had deer right at our balcony 2 days in a row which was crazy! I love this place and the rental agency was awesome and so helpful! I will definitely be back! Rent this you won’t be disappointed!

Great location and beautiful condo

This was our second stay in this condo. We love the location on the waterfront. Balcony is perfect for any time of day. Well supplied kitchen. We'll stay here again for sure.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is so beautiful and well decorated. It had tons of storage for all your things (closets, dresser, nightstands, bathroom). The view from the balcony was perfect. We stayed in a different unit last year and found this one this year and we were very pleased. Would 100% stay in this unit again. This condo complex is so quiet and peaceful, while being close to everything. It is walkable or bikeable to many shops and restaurants. Can’t wait to come back soon!

Very clean and well appointed with everything needed for a quick getaway. Quick check-in and check-out process. Wish there were beach chairs and an umbrella because the beach was hot. We will be back!

Run down old building

From the moment we checked in, it started. Arrived after 10 hours on road. Lady at front desk was incredibly rude. To get our luggage up to to the first floor was a challenge. Get the cart on ground level, take elevator up to first floor , then wheel all way down the hall through several doors. Washer and dryer never worked. Had call 2 times. Gave us one kitchen towel for two weeks. All I can say is spend the rest extra money and go somewhere else!

My wife & I enjoyed drinking our coffee in early mornings on this 1st floor balcony. We watched birds, rabbits, squirrel and rolling waves. (No deer seen during this visit unfortunately.) And Coligny Plaza is just a short walk away. A nicely remodeled condo!

Great Location But Lacking in Included Amenities and Cleanliness

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really love this location in Seaside Villas. It is a close walk to the Coligny shops. I also loved the beachfront location of this particular unit. Check-in and check-out process was smooth. I will say I was quite disappointed in a few things, however. The first of these is that there is absolutely no beach equipment provided in the unit - no chairs, cooler, or even beach towels. There is room in the unit to store these, so why not provide these to guests? We had to go spend over $100 for 2 chairs, 3 towels, and a cooler for the beach. My other dislike of this unit was the lack of other necessities such as toilet paper and paper towels. We stayed here for one week and were provided with one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper, and one set of towels. Finally, I felt the cleanliness was lacking. The soft furnishings of the unit could definitely be replaced (especially the rug in the living room which was gray from dirt but supposed to be white). Overall, the location and view can't be beat but I probably wouldn't stay here again due to the issues listed above.

The view is great but the patio furniture is a bit uncomfortable and hard to sit in. This unit also lacked things like beach chairs, extra linens, trash bags, etc. and had we known we would've brought our own stuff to avoid paying island prices. Despite this it is a wonderful condo and we would definitely stay again.

Lots of storage space, walk-in shower, comfortable king bed, great kitchen with all the major appliances...and did I mention the ocean front view? We can't wait to return!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at Sea Side Villas. Our unit was really comfortable. Our only complaints are for the actual property not the unit we stayed in, the gate to the beach was broken (there was to be a code to open and close but it was broken) and due to that people NOT staying at Sea Side Villas would park in our lot like they were staying there (we actually watched several cars follow another car into the property when they opened the gate, they parked unloaded beach stuff and went right to the beach, couple times we would even catch them leaving too, after they washed off) couple of times we had to make a spot during the day on the grass to park.
