Disappointing Stay Despite a Good LocationWe recently stayed at this villa and unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. While the location was nice and everything in the unit was technically functional, the property itself is in serious need of updates and renovation. The carpet was dirty, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. It felt neglected and was easily the dumpiest villa on the site.The backyard was especially concerning—dirty sand with visible trash like a Coke can and a plastic cup made it unsuitable for our kids to play in. It was just gross. We didn’t need to contact the property manager until the A/C went out in one of the bedrooms the day before we left. To their credit, they were responsive and allowed us a late checkout, which we appreciated.Overall, the villa had potential but fell short due to poor maintenance and lack of care. I hope the owners consider investing in some much-needed improvements.
