Great location in Shipyard! I love proximity to beach and tucked back in off the main road. Kitchen was well supplied with a wide variety of pans, utensils, containers etc to meet all our needs. Management was super responsive on the one question that I had during our stay.

Convenient, Quiet, & Spacious

Enjoyed our family trip Aug 2nd - 9th. Convenient location - steps away from the pool, an easy walk to the beach, and a short drive to restaurants and shopping. The condo had ample room for a family of four. It was very clean with updated kitchen and bathrooms. The only downside was that the washer did not work properly and was unable to be repaired during our stay. I highly recommend this property.

This was our first trip to HHI, our first family vacation of 6 & we were in town for a wedding. The condo was absolutely perfect for us as the wedding was at the resort in the same community & could not accommodate our 4 kids. The location was quiet, quaint & the interior was beautifully redone, spacious and clean! We are already planning to come back!

Beautiful and clean, better for older kids

This is a beautiful, clean condo located in The Greens portion of Shipyard, directly across the parking lot from the pool. It is a truly great condo BUT I would caution anyone with small children (under age 5) from staying at this location. The listing is misleading in saying that it's "steps from the beach." While it's one of the closer neighborhoods in Shipyard to the Beach-- it is a good 20 min walk with kids to the beach access (5 min bike ride but you have to travel light), or you can drive (loading up your car and bringing all the sand back with you). Having older kids who can ride their bike and carry their own stuff-- you could definitely make it a far much less stressful and slightly shorter walk. Also, the pool here, while beautiful and shady, it does not have a shallow portion that younger kids can stand in. Lastly, there were some safety concerns with the unit itself. 1) The keyless entry does not offer a way to deadbolt from the inside in a way that prevents small children from being able to unlock it themselves. Our 14 month old very quickly learned how to unlock the door and get out (in under 30 seconds) and start running out towards the parking lot! 2) The back door is also easily unlocked and does not have a safety bar to prevent the door from sliding open. 3) The back deck does not have a safety railing, so it is easy to trip/slip/fall off the deck. 4) There is a 3 inch high threshold leading to the stairs and it is a big tripping hazard for kids and adults, alike. (BRING A TRAVEL BABY GATE!). 5) The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked; however, toxic cleaning materials are stored under the unlocked sink cabinets and marked as "do not remove" and there is a plethora of breakable glass pyrex's stored in the lower cabinets. 6) Both bedrooms are upstairs and the master bedroom doesn't latch easily. The laundry is also upstairs and is very noisy so if you have small children that go to bed early, you can't count on running a load after they go down to bed. Again, this is a beautiful, clean unit. But, we believe it's better suited for families with older kids for all the reasons listed above.

Place was comfortable and clean and hostess very amenable. Had senior moments with tv and found channels limited but was fine as we were out and about all day and only tried to catch news am and pm interestingly got cbc on one upstairs tv so good for Canadians. Overall recommend it as a very good place to stay.

Excellent property, gorgeous finishes, everything you need!

I’m including everything I would like to know ourselves before staying here. There were no reviews yet as it was a new listing and the pictures were 100% accurate! Hoping my review helps others. We had a family of 6 for our 4 night stay. Me and my husband, two 6 year old twins, a 4 yr old and 22 month old. The layout of the condo was perfect for us. All of the finishes made it a lovely home away from home. The kitchen had everything we needed, plus the Keurig in addition to regular coffee pot! Plenty of towels, washcloths, blankets and pillows. The condo also included 4 beach chairs, a beach wagon, umbrella, boogie boards and beach games. Every part of this place was so very well thought out. Incredibly clean, inviting scent, LOVED IT ALL! While we do have small children, I would adjust the accuracy of the time for the walk to the beach. It took us consistently 15-18 minutes. Even if it were only one adult, I can’t imagine making the walk in 5 minutes. Bike, yes! Also, we were not prepared for second floor bedrooms with the little. Stairs were unable to be blocked off. Still, a perfect layout overall. I would absolutely stay here again! Pool is right across from the condo!
