« Helpful folks- they saw I was with my Father (79) and was struggling to find a place to wait until 2 PM (their check in time)….and helped with an early check in at 11 AM! « Absolutely magnificent hotel! The staff are so helpful and super friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The food is divine! We ate many meals here because the food is so good! Central heating takes the chill off, in the room. The room was big and the bed very comfortable. The rainfall shower is hot the bathroom big and clean. From the balcony we had picturesque views of the nearby mountains and the snowy peaks further away. The travel desk helped us arrange a day in the snow which was...
