« Lovely, comfortable accomodation with terrific views. Easy check in process. Great area, quiet location with playgrounds nearby and everything you'd need is only a short drive away. A few things we'd ( and future guests maybe ) find useful- a clothes horse as it's often raining and more pegs for clothesline. Long handled dustpan and broom to sweep the floors. Thanks for having us. »

« L’hébergement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et bien équipe, a une distance de marche raisonnable de Salamanca. En revanche, la communication est déplorable. Nous n’avons jamais reçu le code permettant de récupérer la clef, et sans l’aide d’un client sur place (qui a rencontré le même problème) et qui a pu téléphoner pour nous, nous aurions sans doute couché dehors. Aucune réponse à nos mails, ni de message d’excuse ou autre. Nous ne reviendrons pas. »

« We had a cosy experience staying here with all the amenities needed. Lovely location with a view over the city and the sunrise each morning. Yvette is highly responsive and will answer any questions you have. Good location near cool Hobart spots without being smack in the city. »

« Property was perfect for our brief stay. Close to Ninja Stadium, grocery store, food outlets etc. Glad we got there early to secure a park close-by as thr streets are used by people attending the stadium. Had we arrived late, we would have had parking issues. Only concern was the rubbish bins were quite full - when we emptied the rubbish we found not a lot of room to put our rubbish in before we departed the home. Otherwise, a great stay, would recpmmend and would book again if we had the need. »

« A perfect start to our holiday in Tasmania. Sandy Bay is a beautiful location: handy to shops, a lovely walk or a short bus ride to Salamanca and the city, easy drive to other attractions. James made us feel very welcome and we found everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The unit is in an older building but is nicely furnished. Lovely to have a little courtyard area and garden at either end of the unit. A pleasant, quiet little unit! »
