Diese Villa hat 7 Schlafzimmer und bietet dir einen kostenlosen WLAN-Internetzugang sowie einen privaten eingezäunten Hof. Freu dich auf einen Privatpool sowie eine Küche mit einem Kühlschrank und einem Ofen, in der du dir auf Wunsch leckere Mahlzeiten zubereiten kannst. Die Reinigung erfolgt nur an bestimmten Tagen.

Birthday Celebration

We booked Bruadair to celebrate my husband’s 80th birthday with our three children and their other halves. The property gave us all room to spread ourselves with our own rooms and a beautiful bathroom each. Sophia regaled us with stories each day and restored the property to its sparkling self before she left. The walk back from the beach kept us fit and we were able to prepare our evening meals with ease thanks to very well equipped kitchens. We loved the pools and having a sunbed each. I can’t finish without mentioning the monkeys! They were a daily source of entertainment, but never came into the house. A peaceful location ideal for family gatherings.

Paradise in barbados

Our family loved our week in Barbados- It was an extremely convenient area- near Massey market, beach and restaurants. The property was so inviting we liked to relax at the pools some days. All of us loved the jungle atmosphere in the backyard and got a kick out of the monkeys! All rooms were private with en suite bathrooms. Each in our group enjoyed the privacy and yet after dinner loved hanging in the living room. The outdoor sitting areas were a delight. Mark, Shauna and Terrance were so very helpful.

T20 WC Tour with Friends

Friends from Chicago stayed there for Cricket Tournament. Very nice, Clean and well-maintained property. Staff is doing good job with cleaning and maintaining. Both kitchens are excellent. Because of hurricane we needed to extend our stay. Owner was very nice to understand and help us to stay. We appreciate that. It is not on the beach, but beach is not too far. Also location is close to grocery stores and restaurant. We have enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Villa

Perfect size Villa for large families or groups of friends. There were 15 people total in our group and we had plenty of space. It’s a beautiful home with 2 pools and numerous patios around the house. The fruit trees/jungle in back of the house makes it feel very private and secluded, which we loved. Sophia, the house keeper, was very nice and welcoming. Check-in process was easy and excellent communication from the owners.

Incredible stay for our wedding

We stayed at this Villa for a week in May for our wedding. The Villa itself is stunning, with plenty of space for 14 people. Each bedroom had air con and the facilities are exactly as described, with everything you would need. The outdoor space is brilliant - with 2 pools, balcony’s on each floor and the ground floor which had plenty of seating, sun loungers, a Bar and BBQ. We used the outdoor space to host our evening wedding reception and turned the area by the gazebo into a dance floor, which was perfect. The location is great, it’s a short walk into town to access the beach, shops etc and it backs onto the forest, so it’s very peaceful and private. We loved watching the monkeys every morning whilst enjoying a morning coffee. I would recommend this place to anyone as it’s even more stunning in person but I’d particularly recommend it to those looking to get married in Barbados as it made the perfect venue.

An AMAZING stay at a beautiful villa

Shauna and Mark are great, prior to me arriving they were friendly and professional, dealt with all request in a timely manner - very accommodating to the little quirks of my family. Thank you so much Shauna and Mark, you have a lovely home and are very warm people. The Villa did not disappoint, it was clean and tidy and huge! On arrival Terrance was there to greet me. Terrance was great, he helped me move the luggage into the villa, walked me through the house and showed me everything I needed to know to enjoy the stay, thank you! Sofia, the house keeper, all I can say is Amazing, a warm and lovely person, she went about her work in a professional manner, but also got to know us all (13 people) by name, she even made suggestions on things to do based on people interest, not many people in the world have a heart as big as her, and I can genuinely say she taught me a fair few things. Thank you! Chara, the other house keeper, was great at her job, fast and efficient, under Sofia’s instruction they worked effectively, but still had time for a little chit chat (my family is very chatty). Thank you! The villa was amazing, clean, spacious, with lots to do and very well situated for tourist. Over all I would say 10/10, as many hands as it must have taken to build this villa, it’s truly the hearts of the owner and staff that made it feel like home over our two week stay. From our family to yours, thank you for such an amazing stay.

A great house in a great location

This is a great property that swallows up guests! So much space that you can easily find somewhere to spend time alone or all get together for games, food etc. Probably the best property that I’ve ever stayed in! It’s hard to picture it in the photos but it has 3 floors; you enter on the top floor which has 3 bedrooms and a smaller kitchen, the middle floor via internal stairs also has 3 bedrooms around a lounge area with TV etc so quite good for socialising etc and then the downstairs floor via internal stairs again which has one bedroom and the big kitchen which you can all sit around. A smaller pool on the top floor which is a sun trap and then the larger pool is downstairs with more space and chairs etc. A great set up for all!! We were an extended family of 11 that went over for Christmas. We tended to have breakfast in the downstairs kitchen with enough seating for us all and plenty of utensils to cook what you like. We then would walk down to the beach (about 10 mins) in hole down and have lunch/dinner at one of the many restaurants and bars. There is a variety from relatively cheap to expensive so you have a choice and also various happy hours for drinks from 4pm onwards. I would recommend a car to bring supplies from the supermarket, Masseys is a 2 minute drive away and is large and also to drive around the island to see other sights. Thank you very much, we had an amazing holiday!!

Unfortunately, the downstairs kitchen equipment did not work, and the upstairs refrigerator had to be constantly monitored to make sure it was working. Communication with the owners was very good.

Great place to stay for a group

Mark and Shauna were great hosts. They were very Communicative and prompt during the booking process and the place was clean and in great shape. Just keep in mind that the house is on a hill and has lots of stairs. It has 2 pools that can be used on a relaxing day and around 15 minutes walk from the beach and nearby restaurants/stores. You can take a local bus from a nearby bus stop. Terrence and Sophia were very helpful and provided us lots of information on what to do and where to go. We would absolutely go back to this house on our next visit to Barbados.

Location! Location! Location! While not on the beach, it is perfectly located with monkeys and a lovely jungle setting at your backdoor. It is a short walk (10-15 minutes) to the beach and restaurants. We are a group of 9 women who each year travel to a new destination for fun, laughter, perhaps a bit of wine (or maybe a lot)!! - Villa Bruadair checked all our boxes for a fabulous time. Having a bathroom for each of us was a definite plus. Hosts: Shauna and Mark are great, housekeeper:Sophia helpful, Terrence: property manager attentative to our needs - although we are pretty independent gals so did not need to call on him during our stay. My tip is:Don't walk the road at night but easy access during the day for sure. Book this Villa and it will not disappoint!

Exactly as described, in fact photos don’t do this place justice. It was absolutely perfect for my wife and I, with the families of our 2 grown up daughters. We booked the entire house for my husbands 65th birthday. There was 13 of us staying. We had a great week Enjoyed all the amenities. Everyone having their own en suite bathroom was amazing. The 2 kitchens are a bonus. The younger ones in our group could walk to the mall but a car is needed for anyone who can’t walk far. The staff are great and very eager to make the most of your stay. Sophia is amazing. We had a great week and would recommend Bruadair for a special occasion or just a great holiday.

Thirteen Canadians ranging in age from 8 to 59 left winter behind to descend upon Bruadair for a week in March. We were 11 adults and 2 kids and had plenty of room over the three floors. We have been to Barbados many times before, but the views at the back of the house were like nothing we have experienced. Very lush and lovely to wake up to every morning. The communication prior to arriving was amazing; Marc & Shauna are both very quick to respond. Sophia, the house keeper, is lovely. Every room has AC and its own bathroom and most rooms open up to a balcony. The adults mostly hung out at the top level (the pool there gets more sun and there is a nice breeze in the evenings), but the younger folks enjoyed the pool and lounge chairs on the bottom level. The location is walking distance to the beach and a large grocery store, which is very convenient. Holetown beach is lovely and you can rent chairs and get food and drinks from Surfside restaurant. There is also an amazing reef at Holetown beach where you can snorkel - we saw sting rays, tarpon (huge!), parrot fish, butterfly fish, etc. Best snorkeling I have ever done! While the road down to the beach from Bruadair has no sidewalks, it's just a matter of crossing before the bends and keeping to the side. We had no issues. I would recommend Villa Brudair to anyone looking at a space for a large group. 3 levels, 2 pools, 2 kitchens, BBQ, great location good Wi-Fi, very private, etc. Thank you again Mark & Shauna (and team) for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic Villa & Great Location!

We couldn't be happier with our stay at Villa Brudair! The home was lovely and perfect for our needs. We were 4 families- 9 adults, 3 children and 3 babies- it suited our needs perfectly. The privacy at the back of the home is fantastic, it truly feels like you are in the jungle, especially when the monkeys run by! The communication prior to arriving was amazing, Marc & Shauna offered great resources for us to use during our trip. The staff onsite were wonderful, Sophia, the house keepers comes every week day and made us feel like family without being intrusive. The house is gorgeous, each of the 7 bedrooms have great ensuite bathrooms and there is really no need to fight over rooms, they are all great! The three levels, provide lots of different spaces to hang out and relax, and give privacy/quiet time to those who may need it, especially with a larger group. The downstairs is a perfect hang out spot with a full kitchen, huge table, outdoor bar, pool and lounge. The location is A+ walking distance to the beach, large grocery store, beautiful mall and fantastic restaurants. I will note that there is about a 300M stretch down a "busier road" that isn't as fun with children but really that is just Barbados for you, not super pedestrian friendly. Adults can easily get down the road no problem and be at the beach/grocery store in 10-15min. I would highly recommend Villa Brudair to anyone looking at a space for a large group, you won't be disappointed! Thank you again Mark & Shauna (and team) for a wonderful stay!

We got lucky managing to book this!

I somehow managed to get this villa for a group of 10 of us. It is insane. 3 levels, 2 pools, and just all-around incredible. The location is great - easy access to West and East and North coasts (west in particular). It's lovely and quiet, there are little monkeys occasionally, and you really feel you are in a rainforest. It is extremely well equipped with 2 kitchens, all en-suite bedrooms (7 in all), nice BBQ, good Wi-Fi, very secure, lovely terraces on each floor etc. The owners are so nice and helpful, and Sophia the cleaner was extremely kind and cheery. I honestly have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place. It is absolutely incredible.

Our family stay at Bruadair

We stayed at Bruadair for our family reunion in July 2022. There were 12 of us in total and we rented the entire property. We had enough room to move around with 3 floors, plenty of cooking space with 2 kitchens and two pools for everyone to enjoy swimming. Terrence, the property manager did a great job of welcoming us on arrival and making sure the house was maintained during our stay. Sophie did a fantastic job of keeping the house clean and maintained while we were there. Also we HIGHLY recommend Ruth's OMG Caterer Services. Chef Ruth catered breakfast for us when we arrived and a dinner a few nights before we left. All the food was delicious, she is an excellent chef with a beautiful spirit. A few things to keep in mind while staying at the villa. You really will need a car or transportation to get around. Holetown is really close - easily a 10 minute or less walk, but there are no sidewalks and the roads are narrow. We found ourselves driving most of the time. Also there are a lot of insects. We had plenty of sprays but found the green smoke coils worked best. Overall a fanastic stay!

Wonderful Christmas at Bruadair - Perfect for large groups.

Wonderful stay at Bruadair over Christmas and New Years! It was well equipped to accommodate the 13 of us, 6 parents and 7 young adults (17-24yrs). Also perfectly located - super easy west coast access, and ABC highway just 5 mins away to access rest of island. Suggestion: Get a Car! Don't rely on walking to Holetown. You are indeed walking distance to Holetown, but the road is narrow, there are no sidewalks, and several blind corners - don't walk it - too risky. Drive and park in Massey or Lime Grove lots. PLUS, there is so much more to see than the sedate west coast. Bajan drivers are courteous, roads are better than you'd think. I lived there for years and never had an issue. As for Bruadair, it's really lovely but the photos don't quite do it justice nor do they relate the house's unusual layout. It is 3 floors, with lots of stairs and no railings, which is perhaps not ideal for someone with mobility issues or if you are chasing small children all day. It's a 'reverse' house, where you park and enter on the top floor, and the stairs then go down to the next two floors. There are 2 kitchens, one on the top floor and one the bottom floor, on the larger pool/patio level. There is another small pool on the top level to the side of the house which gets a wee bit more sun than the lower level. We only used the upper kitchen, the smaller of the 2, as it was brighter and had more ventilation than the lower one. There are 3 lounge areas: The covered outdoor porch on the top floor was bright, had lovely breezes and was convenient to the kitchen and our preferred dining area. The middle floor indoor lounge, with a TV, is the largest and could hold all 13 of us. This is where we played charades, karaoke, et. The 'kids' preferred to hang out here as the wifi is located on this floor ;) Finally, there is a smaller outdoor dining and lounge covered porch on the ground floor by the pool/patio. However, we found this area be the least breezy, hence buggiest, so tended to avoid it. Bajan mosquitos/bugs can be nasty and are ubiquitous in Barbados, but particularly bad in shady and still areas - so bring your bug spray! We did not find this to be an issue when we kept to the upstairs areas. Running out of room! So beds were lovely and firm. AC in bedrooms - great!. Only thing we missed was not having a dryer - very challenging with 13 people's laundry, 13 beach towels that need washing often and only 1 small drying rack outside. Wonderful! Just do it!
