* Guests have the entire home; nothing is shared with another party
* Access to the Tall Timbers Camp amenities is included for Highland Lodge guests at no added charge

POST-BOOKING REQUIREMENT

Following confirmation of your reservation, guests are required to either submit a refundable security deposit or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver. Instructions and deadlines will be sent shortly after booking. Reservations are not considered fully complete until this step is fulfilled.

Other Things to Note
* Table Rock Lake and Lake Taneycomo are reached by car, and State Park Marina is the nearest access point at 15 minutes.
* Boats and trailers cannot be parked at the house. Tall Timbers has a designated boat parking area within the development, included at no added cost.
* Three parking spots at the house: two on the left side, one on the right.
* Two steps lead up to the front door. The home is not wheelchair accessible.
* The guest booking the reservation must be 24 or older. 
* No pets. No smoking.
