« The inside of the property was very clean and free of cobwebs and peeling paint. Great detail was taken into the function of all showers, bathrooms and appliances. This property was a good choice. »

« We keep our boat in surf city and depending on the weather make last minute decisions to stay the weekend and take the boat out. This property was reasonably price for being on the island. It was clean, the AC worked and it worked perfectly for us. Will stay again! »

« It’s an older property but I liked it. I go to Topsail beach often. I live in Wilmington NC. It’s worth the 55 minute drive. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Beautiful ocean front view. »

« Perfect place to stay. Very cute, clean & convenient. Short approx. 1 block walk to beach access directly across from here. Communication from mgmt was excellent. »

« We usually stay at the outer banks for our beach vacations. We wanted to try something new and had a great stay in Surf City! We loved the area and the quick walk to the beach. The house had everything we needed and the host is very responsive to messages. »

« Nice condo in a great city. Views of the water out the back, plenty of room for our family of 7 with 3 being children. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do in Surf City. It was also very nice that they had beach chairs, a cart, and a cooler available to use for our beach day. Highly recommend. »
