Hotels nahe Holy Land USA (Waterbury)

„Everything was fine overall, but the pillows had a strange smell. Since we only stayed for two nights, it was manageable. The staff were all very friendly, which we appreciated.“

„Hot water in the shower was an issue“

„We stayed here because we were visiting family and it was convenient. The room was quite small which was fine. The hallway had this consistent odor of smoke and it was coming into the room. We stuffed a towel under the door and it did help. The second morning we were leaving early. There was no hot water for showers. Disappointing. We got dressed and headed to the elevator. It wasn’t working. The lady who checked us in and out was very apologetic but I will not stay here again.“

„People nice Breakfast good The room had bed bugs“

„Clean room and Staff“

„The recent positive reviews are extremely perplexing! Room was not clean (big cobwebs hanging from ceiling), room smelled, wallpaper peeling off walls throughout, there was a hole in the wall, stains on the walls, air/ heating unit was loud and rattled throughout the night and finally NO hot water. Do not be fooled - this is not an “Inn”. It is a motel and not a very nice one at that!“

„Good quality of room and hotel in general.“

„We got a smoking room which was disgusting, we were in the basement, the shower didn't work, the bed was not clean.“
