« Clean, historic cabin was delightful! Upgraded in kitchen (dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, refrigerator with ice maker- made it easy loading our water bottles for hiking)and bathrooms. Lovely property with 3 acres- we heard turkeys & pileated woodpeckers, saw deer, northern house wrens & a hummingbird! One of the first things I noticed was poke milkweed (Asclepius exaltata) near the hammock- very cool native plant that supports monarch butterflies. We used the cabin as a base for area...

« Great place and beautiful property with mountains, woods and a river. A nice camping cabin but it is rather rustic. AC worked great as did the hot water for the whole family. Well appointed kitchen for preparing meals. Small fridge so bring a cooler. Had a major problem with yellowjackets but the owner responded quickly with a chemical treatment and adjusted the rate very fairly. All in all a nice family getaway. »

« The cabin was nice and cozy. Quiet area, sky full of stars! We felt safe and enjoyed hiking and local restaurants. There is no Stove or stovetop!! That was my surprised, other than that the kitchen is equipped with dishware, microwave and minifridge. Love my experience and will definitely go again in the summer! Thank you »
