This is a very nice place to stay. The furnishings are new and comfortable and care has been taken. Kitchen is fantastic and this house really met our needs. Great location. It was mostly very clean, but with a few odd exceptions. There was a little bit of food garbage on the floor and wall (barbecue sauce was smeared on the door!) from previous guests, but not terrible. Also beer bottle caps in the garbage disposal. The only real issue we had is that we were traveling with a baby and one reason we picked this house is that it said it had an infant crib. There was not one there. We messaged the host. No reply. Had to actually go run to the store and buy a crib so baby could sleep. Host messaged the next day saying crib should be stored under a bed. We had already looked. We looked again. No crib anywhere at all. And besides, responding a full day later after checkin wouldn’t have been much help. We let him know that there was in fact no crib and that we’d had to buy one. No reply. Ever. Not even an “I’m so sorry!”. The next day we were sent checkout instructions with no acknowledgement. It’s a good thing we didn’t have any major emergency at the property because responsiveness was a problem. One more thing: VRBO lists this as a 12 person property, and we originally planned to have 12 before my sister in law had to cancel plans. Good thing too, because after booking we got a message telling us only ten can stay (even though there is enough bedding for 12).
