« Terrible experience. The lady at the front desk told us we could not get towels for the pool. She said they were for people who were checking in later that night, but the pool was closing in 10 mind. I have NEVER seen people handed towels as they check in. « It is rare that I wouldn’t want to sleep under the covers but I chose to sleep on top with my own blanket. I just do not feel comfortable sleeping in bed. TV and lights not plugged into walls, door had large crack around when it was shut and allowed highway noise in, floors felt sticky. Will never stay there again. They said that they were under new ownership. Smoke detector was beeping in my room when I checked in and he was able to get it to stop, but it started beeping again in the morning. »

« Front staff was great, kids pulling the fire alarm-not so great. But definitely not the staffs fault. Our room could have been cleaner. Corners in the bathroom haven’t been touched in awhile, used beer can left in cupboards (we had a suite), old piece of tomato left on carpet under the footstools.
