« Quando siamo arrivati al cottage verso le 18.00 non si Ú presentato nessuno per darchi la chiave. Abbiamo chiesto ad una vicina che ha cercato si aiutarci. Alla fine, verso le 21.15 hanno rintracciato la donna delle pulizie che ci ha prestato la sua chiave. Ore che volevamo trascorrere a York e che abbiamo perso girando da una casa all'altra in cerca di aiuto. Roberta »

« We bought the 3 night stay as gift for our son's birthday. After a 3 hour journey they could not access the property as the keysafe code we had been given was incorrect. My wife and I were out for a meal and spent over an hour trying to contact someone that could give us the correct code. Eventually after nearly 2 hour they were able to guess the code and gain entry. Customer service and support were pathetic and left them stranded in the rain. »

« Had a relaxing three night stay in this lovely cottage. Plenty of space and very comfy beds. Nice size bathrooms although unfortunately the shower in the family bathroom was leaking down into the hallway so everyone had to use the ensuite shower. Not ideal but no fault of the owners. « Absolutely brilliant stay in a wonderful apartment. Great location, short walk from main area, the apartment is very modern and comfortable and a great place to base yourself for the sights. « The cottage was amazing, access gained easily when we arrived. The property was nice and clean and well presented. We travelled with 2yr old twins and 1 cot was provided and 2 high chairs which was brilliant for us as we were able to bring our own travel cot as well. Plenty of room for the four of us. information on shops and local amenities was good. As guests we had access to a large grassed area with a climbing frame, also there was a veg patch and chickens as well. All in all a brilliant...

"L'arrivée à l'hÎtel s'est bien déroulé. Le personnel est trÚs gentil et nous avons pu laisser nos bagages pour aller visiter la ville (car nous sommes arrivés tÎt le matin, trop tÎt pour le check-in). La chambre était propre, spacieuse, et le lit confortable. Aussi, l'hÎtel est bien situé, à l'intérieur des murs et à quelques minutes à pieds des attraits principaux. Un autre point positif était le déjeuner inclut. Le buffet était diversifié et la nourriture trÚs bonne. Je recommande cet hÎtel."
