Fishing on-site (at cost, licence required). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There are 4 steps in the garden.. French doors open onto the enclosed decking area with seating or meander to the rear of the lodge, boasting breathtaking views of open countryside and experience some fantastic sunsets whilst having a relaxing drink. The private garden, complete with a hot tub, offers a serene retreat for relaxation, ensuring you return from your holiday refreshed and rejuvenated. A private gate leads directly onto a public footpath great for letting your dog have a run.



Patrington Haven Leisure Park itself offers an array of amenities to enhance your stay. The brand-new clubhouse is now open. The restaurant caters for all tastes from afternoon tea, snacks and sandwiches to a full a la carte meal. There is a separate coffee area with vending machines. The leisure centre boasts a swimming pool, sauna, steam room and for the brave an ice room. The swimming pool has several massaging jets great for easing aches and pains.

The new beauty spa is now open for a relaxing treatment. There is also an amusement arcade to keep the children occupied. Test your pets agility in the dog exercise area. For anglers, there’s on-site fishing, (£5 per day licence needed). Children can have a blast at the play park. The parks car park has several EV chargers available too.
