« This cute cottage was as advertised. The a/c unit was quiet, which I was grateful for. The dishes and cold water were welcome touches and we enjoyed a nice picnic at the available picnic table. The listing is accurate in terms of traffic noise. It was louder than I had hoped, but I was fairly warned. The big shade trees added some charm, and I could tell the owners care about the place and providing a nice stay. »

« House was in a prime location about a ten minute drive to the downtown and other local attractions. We were looking for a “in the woods” feel and this was a great mix of convenience and seclusion. The back deck is really nice. If traveling with small children who are used to sleeping in dark rooms, I do suggest bringing travel black out shades for the large windows in both bedrooms. We found the downstairs bedroom to be easier for our kids. »

« We had a lovely time staying at this cabin. The property was beautiful and the cabin was clean and well stocked. The outdoor shower was a nice touch. We had a very peaceful and relaxing vacation. There were lots of lovely restuarants nearby and plenty of hiking areas. We did not have to go more than 20 minutes to find an adventure. »

« The cabin was so comfortable, and just as described. We all remarked on how comfortable the beds were, and the abundance of pillows to choose from for a restful sleep. The location was perfect, and the property was just beautiful! We loved waking up to bird song - such a variety of birds to hear and photograph! Rhona, our host, was very prompt and courteous in responding to any communication and/or questions. It's always great to get away with family and friends, reconnect, and just enjoy each...

« Superbly clean! We had an excellent time at the house. It was warm and inviting, stocked with great books, music and games. « The accommodations were perfect for our family of 4 and the decor was beautiful. We relaxed on the back porch and read books on the cozy sofas. « This place is a rare gem & a treasure. The lodge was very much like the photos with many rooms that accommodated our large family who enjoyed it immensely. I would highly recommend this amazing lodge for those who love novelty, natural beauty and excellent accommodations. The house manager Katie was exceptional and went above and beyond our needs.We are talking about returning for future family events. Loved it. »
