« Excellent, very courteous and helpful staff. The rooms were kept spotless. I would have a few suggestions concerning improvement of the bathrooms, however. The toilet flushing knob should not be located under a stone shelf. There should be a window to the outside, not to the room itself. It would also help if the restaurant tab could be part of the checkout. »

« The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The breakfast was served with fresh fruit and juice as well other options were available. The property and rooms were immaculate, any request was attended to immediately. We extended our stay as we were so pleased. They take customer service to the next level, great job 🙌 »

« Our first night was a bit rocky — our room was in the Historic area of the hotel, close to the road, and we could hear a neighboring dog barking. The next morning at breakfast, we only saw coffee, toast, cereal, and fruit, so we thought that was all that was available. « Excellent choix pour ceux qui reviennent d'Amazonie et ne veulent pas se remettre dans les bouchon de Quito ! Plus de 2 à 3 heures de gagnées !! Endroit très calme, très propre, et des hôtes aux petits soins (sont même venus nous chercher à la navette à 21h). Vraiment un bel endroit... Excellent petit déjeuner. Seul bémol = 1 tarif cher pour l'équateur ! »
