„Everything seemed to be going really smoothly, including the check-in. Upon arriving at the unit rental, D we found the conditions of the unit D unacceptable. The kitchen was filthy with crumbs, dirty coffee, pot, dirty dishes in the cabinets. The outside of the refrigerator door was dirty with smudges and sticky substance poured down the front. The bathroom sink was not clean. There was old toothpaste spit in the sink and handles for the faucet were dirty. There was a dead spider in the bathtub ...

„This host double booked the property. I contacted the host because I didn’t see the check in instructions in my email. If I hadn’t done this I would have walked in to other people in the home. The host gave a basic sorry for the inconvenience and I will refund the money. This really wasn’t helpful, I had to scramble to find a hotel for my family of 5 while at the airport heading to Florida. Horrible experience.“
