The stars were dazzling ...truly some of the clearest night skies we’ve ever seen. Being out there felt beautiful and almost otherworldly, a perfect escape from the Los Angeles concrete jungle. It was relaxing, quiet, and exactly the kind of reset we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect.“

„The only thing I would do different, would be to stay longer. The house was fantastic. It was fun, crazy, retro! The wife and daughter loved it! If you're looking for a 5 star hotel/room, this is not it. But, if you want to enjoy a stay like no other, this is a place to experience. The house is about 3/4 mile off the Hwy, down a rough dirt road....... so be prepared for that. Once you arrive at the house, you agree the short little trip on the dirt road is worth it! “

„Chuck's Place hit all of our marks: Clean and Comfortable; close to the National Park; a well-appointed kitchen (we prefer cooking in to dining out); and a responsive host. The home has got this sweet desert / southwest decor, and lots of modern amenities. Chuck's Place would also be very comfortable for 2 couples. Great views of the northern boundary of the park. "The Spa area is nice and we enjoyed the say a lot. There is a really nice cafĂ© on site that not only offered breakfast but also lunch. The bathrooms in the rooms could need a touch up, especially the shower. The area around is not the nicest. There are definitly better ones around Palm Springs but if you plan on spending the day at the pool, it‘s perfect. The also have a nice outdoor area with fireplaces. The cleaning staff could be a little more welcoming and could say „good morning“ - at least that’s what I expect for this price"
