« I talked to the owner on the phone and he seemed very nice. The inside of the house is very clean and easily housed my family of 7. The only small hiccup is that we didn't get the code for checking into the house before arrival. So I had to call the owner for the code. Although the inside was very nice, the outside area is typical for what we've seen with beach areas and seems a little messy with the trash cans on the street. « The Saltwater House could not have been better! Absolutely true to description and even larger than we expected. We were in Melbourne to celebrate our son's graduation, and wish we had discovered this house years earlier! So much more economical than the local hotels on Indiatlantic and so clean and well stocked.The house includes a laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer, pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, board games, bikes, beach gear - as well as a massive patio space with BBQ...

« Best thing was the garage and being able to use our car w/o it being overheated every time we went somewhere. The place was wonderful. Only downside was not having a laundry inside the unit. There is room to add one, so stackable OR the 2 in 1 washer/dryer would be a big game changer. »

« Everything was great! - nice, comfortable and convenient. Being able to park in the garage and having a door code were added conveniences! Everything that was needed was provided. « Nous avons passé 1 semaine à Indialantic et ce fût un séjour mémorable. Tout d’abord les photos représentent bien la réalité. La piscine est juste à coté de la porte patio de l’étage inférieur.et la plage à quelques pas . Le balcon à l’étage supérieur a un vue magnifique sur la plage. « You just can't beat the location! The view was breathtaking, and you're literally steps away from the sand and ocean.
