« Friendly staff. Facilities outdated but renovations underway. Location not in best of areas given construction »

« Upon check-in at 3pm I was told a room was not ready. I sat close by the front desk and waited and witnessed 2 other groups of people get thru rooms and keys. I then returned to the front desk questioning why I was told to wait and was then given a room. Frustrating and not acceptable. I also paid for parking and my room key was not coded for the garage. The girl that helped me at the front desk just seemed to have an attitude with me from the very beginning of our interaction. She must of...

« My room was clean, and well taken care of. The only issue I had is the light around the mirror was burnt out, so there was only the light in the shower in the bathroom. I reported this, it was not good for make-up application, or putting in contacts. »
