Hotel North Indianapolis

« Loved my stay. I was there for 3 days and had a great experience. Will be staying here again next time I’m in town »

« This Drury Plaza has a very accessable location just north of Indy. Our suite was large and the bathroom was great with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and separate water closet with a door. We enjoyed a free dinner and breakfast while there, and both were fresh with a wide variety options. They have a large free parking lot, and the staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. The only con I have is that the the furnishings need an update. »

« The hotel is clean and really nice for a 6 year old hotel. Most importantly, the staff was wonderful. Jordon, the front desk person, upon our arrival, made us feel welcome. She was friendly, efficient and very attentive. »

« Smelled like pot everywhere. Our room smelled like terrible perfume and pot. Dirty floors. Carpet and furniture stained. Complimentary breakfast was sparse. Empty coffee pots. The main reason for the bad review is the smell and cleanliness of the rooms. Pictures online are not representative of hotel. »

« We had multiple issues with our keys. One day they worked the next they didn't. The AC never worked. We asked a few times to have it looked at and nothing The bar and kitchen were closed for 4 days which did not make very good business sense as it was probably the busiest week of the year. The first night I asked how noisy the highway right outside our window was and the person at the front desk did not know Overall it was a disappointment »
