Hotel North Indianapolis

« The hotel and our room were clean and beautiful. Staff were very professional and helpful. They had a free hot food bar from 5pm-7:30pm that looked very good. (We had already made plans with our son to eat dinner out so didn’t take advantage of the hot bar.) The breakfast bar was good also. It was quiet during the night. No issues with noise from hallway or outside. Beds were quite comfortable. This hotel is just 5 minutes from the Ascension/St. Vincent Heart Center. So a perfect place to stay...

« Customer service was a little lacking in the mornings over the weekend. Asked for waters on the morning of the second day and they stated I needed to buy them and it was only free when checking in. Asked for a noon checkout on Sunday and was told they dont offer late checkouts anymore. Amentities within the room are basic. Small/rough towels and single ply toilet paper. Underwelming considering the price. Room was clean and quiet, so if you aren't looking for much more than that youre good...

« Staff was very good in every respect. But... The breakfast food is pretty bad. My room walls were badly cracked (from building setlling?) but not repaired. Toilet had a leak and ran every ten minutes or so, all night. Stains on the rooms sofa. »

« No elevator. Room keys wouldn't work. Hotel is run down, smelly and dirty. We didn't even make it in the room. 6 different keys and bone worked. Asked for a refund. Found a different place to stay »

« This hotel was beyond amazing! Front desk staffers Michelle and Arman were the nicest and most helpful hotel staff I have ever met! They were polite, helpful, and always smiling! They were super nice to my little guy who is a definite handful! The rooms were great and we had a Deluxe Queen and the extra space in the room was amazing!! Would definitely stay here again if in the area! Tell Michelle and Arman we said amazing job! »
