« This was a lovely get away from the city - about 4 hours from Chicago with an easy drive. It's a new to renting so we were one of the first renters. It's in great shape, it has a grill and the kitchen utensils meant for cabin life. The host was very responsive with any questions we had. We enjoyed the calls of the loons, the dock and the fire pit. « Was a nice place to stay for a couple days. Was able to enjoy the massive yard or the water due to work, but you surely could. Nice neighborhood to take the dog for a walk. Good set-up, sharp knives. »

« The cabin was incredible, like stepping back in time. You can see the love and craftsmanship put into building this cabin. The decorations and pictures show the joy this cabin brings, which it did for our family as well. We had a group of 7 adults and there was sleeping space for everyone. « We had a fantastic short getaway. The house and location are fantastic, the area is full of fun things to do and great places to visit and dine. Our host was tremendous, recommending great places for dinner and making us feel very welcome. Next time we’ll stay longer and bring the boat since the home has a private slip. »
