„Nice hotel, nice location But the staff is terrible unprofessional and not able to check you in in an appropriate time. It took me almost half an hour to check in. Also there was a conference in the hotel and the 4 elevators for 12 floors were constantly blocked. So it took me another 20 minutes just to get to my room. Also it’s very hard to find a grocery store in Baltimore. “

„The hotel is unusual in a good sense - its decor is absolutely lovely and the published photos are true to reality. The bed was very comfortable! The housekeeping had issues, however, but we were upgraded, and the front desk sent us on a goose chase to find parking… Look for the nearest indoor garage called Laz. Overall, it was a good choice! „Hotel is in great location for the Inner Harbor Arena (rn. CFGBank arena) or also Mount Vernon or Inner Harbor. Baltimore is struggling economically, many businesses have moved out, and you can see this everywhere. While I felt safe walking as a couple, you will see a lot of poverty around you. The hotel itself is fine and on evenings with Arena-events, the high police presence in the evening is very helpful, so it works for visitors, but some people may feel discouraged to walk around alone.  ...
