„The staff were friendly, helpful, and courteous. When something was wrong staff members responded fast to my needs. Moses was very kind and helpful. The hotel has good cleaners as well. „Leider gibt es kein Minus-Stern. Ich weiß gar nicht wo ich mit Auflistung der Mängeln anfangen soll. Einfach grauenhaft. Es sieht so aus, dass das Management einfach den ganzen Gewinn mitnimmt und ABSOLUT NICHTS reinvestiert für Instandhaltung und dringend notwendige Erneuerungen. Das ganze Gebäude ist einfach Kernsanierungsreif! Und das wahrscheinlich vor 10 Jahren!. NIE WIEDER Eko Hotels. “

„The room and the parts of the hotel were very clean The staff were very helpful. This is something that I have noticed during my previous 7-9 stays here. The hotel is very secure. The breakfast and the restaurant staff in Eko Signature were excellent and this is one of the reasons that I keep on staying there. It is a very well run hotel.“

„For a new hotel l was not really impressed. The doors outside the 5th floor had no handles and the hinges were off. I couldn't immediately get into the room I was allocated because the door had a problem. „The room was old and outdated,the bed was small and no facilities in the room. No bottle of water. This was the first hotel in Nigeria with no coffe/tea, milk sugar and kettle facilities, I have been to. The check in boy Richard was very nice. But the manager was rude.
