« I am giving three stars because I expected more from the presidential room we paid for. While the staff were welcoming and helpful, the hotel itself left much to be desired. A major issue was the lack of hot water for showers, which is unacceptable considering the price of the presidential suite. Nicolas le propriétaire est très aidant pour l organisation, on a pu partir faire le sentier du puma aussitôt arrivés. Il vient vous chercher a l arrêt de bus et vous y redepose. « The property is very intimately set up the room that I got had the hot tub and the balcony connected, which was very nice. The only thing that I had an issue with was, I guess the room hadn’t been used in a little while so there was a a few small bugs that were in the bed and when I turned the ceiling fan on a few of them fell from the ceiling fan and because of the heat, the power kept going off and it stayed off for quite a while in the middle of the night, which caused us to be extremely hot,...

« La nourriture était super bonne, la vue est incroyable digne d’une carte postal! Cependant, nous avions réservé 2 chambres et nous en avons eu juste 1 donc nous avons dû partager notre chambre à 4. L’eau ne fonctionnait pas pour la douche heureusement que c’était juste 1 nuit nous ne nous sommes pas lavé… La piscine était très jolie et agréable, le staff très gentil et serviable mais nous avons eu du mal à nous faire comprendre en anglais, il aurait fallu parlé en espagnol.
