« The place was just simply amazing. I know it's primarily used as a hunting lodge or base for trail riding, but my wife, daughter and 3 year old granddaughter loved it. From the cabin itself to the way it was decorated with the mounts that were actually harvested off the property gave it so much character and charm. « Kevin and Christina were in touch with us if needed but everything was explained very well in the messages they sent us. Everything was as expected and we were welcomed with a personal touch as well as a local sweet treat! It's a nice rustic cozy log cabin with plenty of room for the 4 of us. It had a new washer and dryer, dish washer, plenty of room in the bedrooms, and the loft area was nice. Very peaceful relaxing area not far from local stores. « The building seemed to have been recently renovated and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Since the well had just been replaced and was awaiting testing, we were asked to not drink the tap water. They supplied us with water bottles to compensate. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be that the outside lights by the door were very bright and stayed on all night. Even with the room darkening curtains closed, the room did not get dark enough for my liking.
