From Memorial Day to Labor Day there are 7-night minimum stays, Saturday check-in and outs. All other months have a rolling minimum.

Property offers freshly laundered duvet covers for every guest.

Bed Linens and bath towels are provided, as well as a starter kit for the first day which includes toiletries (shampoo, body wash and soap), dish soap, dishwasher tabs, a sponge, toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels.

The reservation/administration fee is NON REFUNDABLE. We do not give refunds for weather related trip interruptions this includes hurricanes please ask about insurance to cover such events. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN – PLEASE PURCHASE INSURANCE.

This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood – please be respectful of the property furnishings, amenities, and noise for neighboring homes.

SIGNATURE ON RENTAL AGREEMENT OF RULES WILL BE REQUIRED.

PLEASE NOTE there are two outside cameras at property for security reason facing pool and backyard.

Elevator access is granted to our guests that need it for health or mobility reasons. Children are not allowed to ride in the elevator alone, unsupervised or play/jump in the elevator at any time.
As with all mechanical equipment, occasionally problems arise with the elevator. Should issues occur, we will make every effort to repair the elevator as quickly as possible. However, we will not be held liable for any loss of use due to mechanical difficulties, malfunction or down time while the elevator is being repaired or waiting to be repaired.
The elevator is not considered part of the home rental. Rental monies will not be refunded due to the elevator not working properly during your stay. Please ask for dimensions if you need it for a wheel chair.
