Beautiful and amazing house. Had our family Thanksgiving there with our grown kids and grand kids and was just perfect. The main living space is so large and spacious. The porch and TV room on the side are still open to the rest of space. Never felt crowded and we were all together. Outside pool and hot tub area we used every day and loved as well. Beautiful space under the porch where you can still be hanging out with who is in the pool. Would be my first choice if we need a house on Isle of Palms again. Hostess was so very nice and responsive. Would always respond so quickly when I had questions.

Beautiful Beach Getaway

The photos don’t do it justice. Spacious, open floor plan with plenty of space to spread out. The owners have thought of every little detail and were extremely responsive. Fully equipped kitchen, beautiful pool with rafts, umbrellas, beach chairs and a quick golf cart ride to the beach!

Even during a Hurricane, it was special!

I can't say enough how great this rental is for families! Michell was an absolute jewel. I could reach her any time via text even while we were wading through Hurricane Debby. The house is like living at home. Fully stocked gourmet kitchen. For once, I didn't have to bring a whole slew of kitchen items. The pool and hot tub were part of a perfect backyard for us to enjoy. The bathrooms are all stunning and new. Comfy beds and plenty of space for all of us. They also provided tons of beach equipment, golf course and toys/floats for the pool. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful but not too far from the beach. We even had a plumbing issue while there and Michell handled it quickly and efficiently. Can't wait to visit again!

A Wonderful Family Getaway!

This was a big year for our parents (40th Anniversary and each celebrated their 60th birthdays) so we wanted to do something special. This stay was the DEFINITION of special! From the beautiful flowers and notes to my parents from the hosts, to the immaculate nature of the property, to the supreme attentiveness of the hosts, we could not have asked for a better time. The property itself is beautiful and spacious and was so much more than we could have hoped for! The neighborhood is peaceful and close to everything we wanted to do on our family trip. Of all the places we've stayed, we've never seen a place with hosts as detail-oriented. I'm talking even all the way down to a potty that the 4 and 2 year olds could use! This is a place I would whole-heartedly recommend to anyone traveling to the area, and we hope that we'll be able to get another chance to visit the area and stay here again. We could not be more thankful for how amazing this vacation was for our family!

Pool Paradise

We had a wonderful stay. The pool was perfect for our little ones to play in, and for the adults to swim and enjoy the hot tub!! The house has every amenity you can think of. We lacked for nothing all week. Michell was very responsive to any questions or requests that we had.

Well Equipped paradise

The owner was fabulous to work with and responded immediately to our questions. They house was well stocked especially the pantry and other essentials. Probably the most unexpected surprise was the owner called to get our drink preferences before we arrived. The ice tea and seltzers were in the frig and ice cold. Nice touch. We would recommend this property for large families. It gives you the space you need.

Perfect House

We have been coming to IOP the last 4 summers and this house was by far, the best yet. We stayed for 3 weeks and wish we booked for longer. My Entire family of 12 fit beautifully! House had everything. Luxurious yet comfortable Owners thought of everything to make our stay simply perfect. Booking again for next summer!

Beautiful house and well stocked as described. Unfortunately it rained every day our week but was happy to have a pool with lots of toys to play with for our little ones. The golf cart was also appreciated as the house is a bit far from the ocean but on a nice quiet street and close to shopping. It was large enough during the rainy days to have a place for those that wanted to read or those who wanted to play. Michell is a good hostess and replied quickly to our questions.

Family Beach Trip to South of Reality

Home was exactly as described! We had multi generations and home was perfect for us (grandparents, adult children and a 2 year old granddaughter). Plenty of room for us to gather together and yet have our own individual spaces. Owners were helpful and very responsive when needed. They are very generous with stocking the kitchen for our cooking needs! The use of the golf cart was a plus. The pool was perfect and we enjoyed the firepit as well as the outdoor games after a day on the beach. And the grill options were a plus! We look forward to returning next year. Our only suggestion would be that besides the master suite to have one of the rooms (that has an in suite bath) have a king bed. Rooms are very spacious.

Beautiful home, close to the beach

Beautiful home, catered to guests. Most rooms had an on suite bathroom. And the home was stocked with everything we needed, including kitchen items, pool/beach items, golf cart, and bikes. Pool/hot tub area was perfect for entertaining. Beach was just a short golf cart ride away. Was the perfect place for a girls trip to Charleston!

Beautiful House & Wonderful Owners

Michell is a wonderful owner to work with. She was very responsive and very thoughtful. She had lots of great tips and recommendations for our stay and was responsive when we had questions, both before and during our stay. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. Our family of 5 was spoiled - the kids each had their own bedroom and their own bathroom. It is spacious, clean and well cared for. The pool was clean and the yard was great for games. The golf cart worked flawlessly and made getting to the beach easy. Everything was perfect! Thank you Michell for helping us to have a terrific vacation!

Amazing vacation home

We enjoyed everything about this vacation home! The location was great especially with the golf cart availability! The house was stocked with anything you could possibly need! Spices, beach towels, children’s utensils, extra booze!! The pool and pool deck were a huge hit with all ages! There is a great extra basement space for easy bathroom use when by the pool!! Memories of a Lifetime!

We celebrated a milestone birthday with a group of girls and we couldn’t have had a better experience. The house was amazing, so clean and so much room. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and modern. Kitchen was well-stocked and every appliance or cooking supply you would want. Golf cart was a bonus. Pool was absolutely gorgeous and a nice mix of sunshine and shade. Convenient location and hosts even surprised us with balloons and our favorite drinks to help celebrate our birthday girl! IOP Beach Vacation

The home is quite lovely and very comfortable. There was a plenty of room, and it was updated with lots of tech features. The kitchen had everything you could want. I loved the induction cooktop! We enjoyed the pool and the beach towels that were supplied, in addition to the golf cart. It was a quiet location, but easy to get anywhere on the island. Eric and Michell were helpful and responsive from beginning to end.

Great property! Spacious, comfortable, stylish! Our group had mostly adults and two kiddos. Lots of space for everyone to be comfortable and have privacy, along with a great kitchen/family room area for gathering. The hosts were super accomodating and had great communication with us. This recently updated home matched the VRBO description to a “T”. The cleanest, most well appointed house we’ve ever rented. And we’ve rented quite a few over the years. No detail was overlooked by the owners made the stay easy and enjoyable. Quiet residential area and short distance to the beach. Most responsive owner we’ve ever dealt with, too. It was a great pleasure.

Wonderful beautiful property

This recently and beautifully renovated home was wonderful! The spaces are tastefully done and every comfort and convenience has been thought of and included (ie phone chargers in every bedroom and more). In fact, we have rented homes a couple times a year for years now and none have compared to this one in terms of supplies and support. The included golf cart was a terrific convenience making going to the beach a breeze. A fabulous all around experience.

Great experience!

Our family had a wonderful stay on Isle of Palms. The home is recently renovated and decorated with fabulous taste! Having access to the golf cart to get to and from the beach was amazing, especially with our two young children. Michell was always available if I had questions. We would definitely go back!

Beautiful home

Overall it was a lovely place to stay. However, the pool was still under construction into our fifth day of renting, with backhoes, dust, gravel and sand everywhere. In addition, the pool was unusable during that time. It was not completed when we checked out. In addition, the pool workers inadvertently severed the internet connection for a full day . This was a hardship as some guests were trying to work . The beach was further away than described but was beautiful and a real resource in the absence of a pool. They did provide passes to Wild Dunes pools which was nice but it was not a good substitute for the advertised private pool. Once truly completed, this would be a good place to stay
