« This pub is one of our favourites! We stayed for a second time round on our way to Suffolk from Brittany. The food is superb, location and landscape stunning, accomodation clean and comfy. The staff is always smiling and friendly. What more can one possibly want? Hopefully, we'll be back! »

« Regular visitor and love the spacious and individuality of the rooms. It also means we can stay without having to have an accessibility room as have walk in shower and plenty of room for walkers etc. Service always exceptional and go the extra mile. Food is also delicious! Great area to walk the dog. »

« Excellente adresse : à 5 mn à pied de la Cathédrale, face à un parking avec tarif réduit, grâce à l'hébergement. Personnel très sympathique. Très bon petit dejeuner. Chambre spacieuse et lumineuse, joliment décorée. Nous reviendrons ! »

« Stayed in the windmill for just one night after arriving from France after a long drive. What a place! Gorgeous old English pub with lots of places to smack your head and absolutely nothing is straight… the room itself is lovely and simple with a great bed and everything you could need. We went down for a beer and a meal and all of the staff were lovely and could not do enough for you.. the meal was fantastic, I took, with my son, the beef Wellington which is the best I have ever had, even...
